We provide software development, website development, code fixes, and other related technical services as agreed upon in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement. The scope, timelines, and deliverables will be detailed in the SOW.
3. Payment and Fees
Fees for our services will be outlined in the project proposal or SOW. Payment terms are typically structured with an upfront deposit and milestone payments. All payments are due within the timeframe specified in the invoice. Late payments may incur interest charges.
4. Intellectual Property

We also retain ownership of any pre-existing code, tools, or libraries used in the project.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide timely feedback, necessary content, and any other resources required for the project's completion. Delays caused by the client may result in adjustments to the project timeline and cost.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all project-related information, including trade secrets and proprietary information, confidential. This obligation continues even after the project is completed. We are willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches a material term of the agreement. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
