At ITSCYBERTECH, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring client satisfaction. Due to the nature of digital services, our refund policy is as follows. We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis, and this policy outlines the general guidelines.

2. Fixed-Price Projects

For fixed-price projects, payments are tied to project milestones. The initial deposit paid before the start of a project is non-refundable, as it covers the initial discovery, planning, and allocation of resources. Payments for all subsequent, completed milestones are also non-refundable. If a project is canceled by the client, any payments made for completed work are non-refundable.

3. Hourly and Retainer Services

Payments for services billed on an hourly basis or under a retainer agreement are non-refundable. Clients are billed for hours that have already been worked or for retainer periods that have already commenced. Clients may cancel retainer services for future months without penalty, but no refunds will be issued for the current or past months.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable:

• Immediate consultancy services.
• "Quick Fixes" including bug fixes and minor site updates.
• Any third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client, such as domain names, hosting services, or paid software licenses.

5. Partnership / Equity Agreements

Monetary investments or exchanges made under a partnership or equity-based agreement are non-refundable. These are treated as capital contributions and are subject to the terms outlined in the separate partnership agreement.

6. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact your project manager or email us at contact@itscybertech.com with a detailed explanation of the issue. We will review each request and respond within 7-10 business days.
