CONTENT AND PLATFORM CONDUCT GUIDELINES

Adherence to Guidelines

This comprehensive policy aims to create a safe, respectful, and legally compliant environment for content Creators, subscribers, and general Users of the Platform. All Users are encouraged to familiarize themselves with these guidelines and to contribute to a positive community experience.

ITSCYBERTECH reserves the right to update these policies as necessary to comply with changing laws and community needs.

Prohibited Content

Illegal Activities

Any content that promotes, depicts, or facilitates activities prohibited by Indian law. Content related to terrorism, drug trafficking, human trafficking, illegal weapons, or any other criminal activities.

Hate Speech and Discrimination

Any Content that promotes or incites hatred, violence, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics such as race, religion, caste, gender, sexual orientation, or national origin shall not be entertained on our Platform.

The use of derogatory language, slurs, stereotypes, or content that promotes supremacist ideologies is completely and strictly prohibited.

Explicit Sexual Content

Any Content that depicts graphic sexual acts, nudity, or pornography shall not be entertained on our Platform. The Platform strictly prohibits any content or activities related to prostitution, sex work, or the offering of sexual services.

This includes, but is not limited to, solicitation, promotion of escort services, or any content that could be construed as facilitating or encouraging such activities.

The use of pornographic images, videos, or text; non-consensual intimate imagery; sexually explicit content involving minors via any medium, comment, etc. is strictly prohibited.

Such Content taken from another Platform or involving a minor (paedophilia) or involving an animal or promoting and showcasing cannibalism and/or necrophilia or used for the purposes of defamation, revenge porn, or any other unethical and moral violation.

Violence and Gore

Content featuring graphic violence, extreme gore, death, or the glorification of violent acts is not permitted. This includes real-life depictions of violence, simulated violence, or any content that could be considered excessively violent or disturbing.

Copyright Infringement

Users and content creators must respect intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of copyrighted materials, including but not limited to text, images, videos, music, and software, is strictly prohibited.

Misinformation and Fake News

The dissemination of false or deliberately misleading information, manipulated media, or unverified claims including but not limited to fake news, conspiracy theories, or deliberately deceptive content is prohibited.

Users are required to fact-check their content and provide accurate information to the best of their knowledge.

Other Prohibited Activities

Any sale, promotion, preaching, practice, comment, conversation, course, or product related to the below-mentioned prohibited activities is strictly forbidden on the Platform. Users and content creators are responsible for ensuring that their content does not directly or indirectly promote or facilitate any of these prohibited activities.

Alcohol and Tobacco

Finance and Cryptocurrency (without regulatory approvals)

Money Laundering

Raffles and Gambling

Sale of Eatables or Consumable Goods

Multi-Level Marketing (MLM & pyramid schemes)

Weapons and Explosives

Drugs, Medications, Herbal Mixes, and Supplements

Preaching and Practice of Witchcraft (only where harmful to other Users)

Intellectual Property

Respect for Copyrights and Trademarks

Users and content creators must obtain necessary permissions or licenses before using any copyrighted or trademarked material.

Fair Use Provisions

Content creators may use copyrighted material under fair use as defined by Indian copyright law. Legal advice is recommended if unsure.

Privacy and Data Protection

Compliance with Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023

Creators must comply with all provisions including:

Explicit consent for data collection

Adequate security measures

User rights to access, correct, and delete data

Appointment of a Data Protection Officer

User Consent

The Platform will obtain clear and informed consent before collecting or processing personal data. Users are expected to review the Privacy Policy.

User Behaviour

Respectful and civil communication

No harassment, bullying, doxxing, or threats

No spam, fraud, phishing, or deceptive practices

Content Creator Responsibilities

Accurate titles, descriptions, and tags

Compliance with all Platform policies

Transparent disclosure of sponsored or paid content

Subscriber Interactions

Subscribers must:

Remain respectful and constructive

Avoid spam or offensive material

Respect privacy and consent

Reporting Mechanisms

The Platform provides confidential and accessible reporting tools. Reported content is reviewed within 72 hours.

Moderation, Penalty, and Enforcement

Immediate removal of violating content

Graduated penalties:

First offence: Warning + content removal

Second offence: 7–14 day suspension

Third offence: Permanent termination

Severe violations may result in immediate termination and reporting to law enforcement.

For Creators, ITSCYBERTECH reserves the right to withhold earnings, impose penalties, or demonetize accounts.

Appeal Procedures

Users may appeal moderation decisions within 7 days.

Terminated accounts may apply for reinstatement after one year, subject to review.

Data Security

Data Breach Notification

Affected Users and authorities will be notified within 72 hours of a confirmed breach, as per law.

Minimum 7 days’ notice for significant policy changes
